Jacob & Sebastian carries many of the same products as Sephora, but the staff are much friendlier, and the store feels far less claustrophobic than Sephora. I especially want to give props to Clara, who helped me yesterday. She was an absolute delight from the moment I walked in until the very end. Clara was friendly, enthusiastic, and shared her favorite products along with her experiences using them. Clara has the best energy!
