My Primary Doctor moved and I needed a new Doctor. Someone suggested Dr Kozacki. And he has been wonderful. Listens to you. Ask questions. I have found my new primary Doctor. Thank you Dr Kozacki for being so nice.
He is currently my doctor I first meet him October 11, 2024 he got to meet my fiancée Tyler and my sweet 3 year old babygirl. I used to dread going to my doctor appointments, until I was referred to Dr. Kozacki. He is very personable, takes the time to listen to me, and explains things well without ever making me feel rushed. The office environment is immaculate, his staff is warm and welcoming, and his appointment times are exceptionally managed as there is never a long wait time.
