My Primary Doctor moved and I needed a new Doctor. Someone suggested Dr Kozacki. And he has been wonderful. Listens to you. Ask questions. I have found my new primary Doctor. Thank you Dr Kozacki for being so nice.
He is currently my doctor I first meet him October 11, 2024 he got to meet my fiancée Tyler and my sweet 3 year old babygirl. He is very personable, takes the time to listen to me, and explains things well without ever making me feel rushed.
