I wanted to upgrade to a metal roof for my gable-style home. Alex and his team at Jacob Roofing took care of the installation. They removed the old shingles, checked all the wooden framing underneath, and installed new standing seam metal panels from bottom to top. The clean lines and the way it reflects light completely changed the home's look. Their team worked efficiently, and the finish is exactly what I wanted.
This was a new roof installation during the construction of the granny flat we were building in the backyard. They worked directly off our plans, added decking and moisture barriers, and installed a clean asphalt roof that matched our main home. The gable joins were neat, and the ridge vent ran full length. It wasn’t the biggest roof, but the quality matched what you'd expect on a full-sized home. They also guided us on colors and small trim details we wouldn’t have thought of. It was amazing to work with them.
