These guys are incredible with their service. Kept me up to date on the progress of a replacement part for my AC and arrived on time for all 3 appointments, which was impressive. Zac, the technician that completed the work was professional and efficient. Would highly recommend. A+++
$250 fee for a quotation is far too expensive!
Jacob’s refrigeration recently came to my parent’s home to fix their AC system and they were 10/10. Very friendly service and ensured to follow up to make sure everything was working after they left
Jacob refrigeration did an outstanding job installing a new Braemar ducted cooling and heating system that replaced our gas ducted heating system. Nick and his helpers (Cal and Christian) were extremely professional throughout the whole decomissioning, removal and installation process. 1 of Nick's helpers had to crawl under the house (a very tight squeeze) on numerous occasions, which was undertaken without any hesitation (even though he may have been a bit scared of spiders).
