Front desk on DUBLIN location is very rude. Not helpful an caring They don’t understand that the petition like us make their paychecks.
The office itself is great. Very efficient and kind. My experience with the doctor was frustrating at best. Almost no interaction. A flippancy that surprised me. No explanation or help. Just here’s some ear drops. Oh. There are other problems you’re experiencing? They’re not related to this so whatever. See ya. Felt more like an annoyance than a patient.
The staff and doctors are organized, efficient and make me feel welcome.
Caring and considerate. Takes his time explaining what is going on with your condition. I’d definitely recommend him to friends and family.
