As another fellow Dentist just down the road from Jake I can say that he is an excellent clinician with quality as his main driver! We have traded patients a few times for second opinions, and I have commented to him multiple times on his excellent work! He is always available for advice or the sharing of materials and equipment. Dr. Layer is the kind of dentist you don’t come across often. He’s honest, down-to-earth, and truly cares about his patients. He’s very detail-oriented and takes the time to make sure everything is done right. I stayed away from the dentist for nearly 20 years, but finding Dr. Jake and his team changed everything. They're just good people who actually care. No pressure, no judgment, just solid work and a chill vibe. I actually don’t dread going to the dentist anymore, which says a lot. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I could not go without writing a 5 STAR review for Dr. Layer and his office. Tonight I received a phone call from Dr. Layer because he wanted to know how I was doing after surgery that I had done by another Dr. that he recently referred me to. This kind of detailed attention to the patient is rare in my experience. I appreciate the kind staff in Dr Layer's office whom I interacted with, the dental hygienist (who did a fabulous cleaning) and the thoroughness of Dr. Layer. Thank you, all!
