Jacob has been an outstanding primary PA-C. He got me in when I really needed an appointment, was knowledgeable, and helped connect me with the right people to get my issues resolved. What I appreciate most is that he genuinely cares—he checks in and makes me feel like a person, not just another patient. Jennifer and Anna were also wonderful: professional, caring, and always helpful. I'm grateful for the excellent care from this entire team.

Jacob was nice himself however his assistant Anna i believe was the most rudest assistant i have ever met. I asked her medical questions following an er visit due to anxiety regarding some side affects from new meds and she responded that "it is self explanatory" and rudely. I have had medicines in the past that had temporary side affects and was unaware if this was the case and asked if this would apply to my situation or if I should stop the meds immediately. I never went back.
