Unfortunately, while all the staff seem like friendly people, my experiences with this office were incredibly frustrating. I saw Dr. Flores in March and requested referrals to specialists I desperately needed to see. For several weeks after, I would call the office frequently and would almost always be told by whomever was answering the phone that they had no way to check on the status of those referrals and someone would have to call me back. My husband and I switched insurance providers and chose Dr. Flores. Unfortunately, our experience was frustrating. He seems to prefer more traditional methods and does not use computers, which made communication difficult. It often took several days for the office staff to return calls. We waited weeks for referrals and had to repeatedly follow up, leaving multiple messages. Eventually, we became so frustrated that we decided to switch doctors. Dr wasn't there when I went for appointment. Spent over an hour giving medical history to nurse for nothing. Since this so called doctor is listed on my card, I can't get into another dr..

Stay away from this place. They will not care about your health. Not sure why they are even open for business. Main office never answers and appointments are impossible to make .Not a reliable doctor.
