Staff were nice but informed me that my insurance was available to use however, they did not actually check and waited until after the exam and contact fitting before they realized my insurance wouldn’t cover until the next month. Had to pay far more out of pocket which could have been prevented if they didn’t rush through checking me in and actually made sure they had the correct information.
Amazing answered all my questions and great customer service
