Jacob went above and beyond in helping us secure the mortgage for our very first home. Things moved so quickly, and as first time home buyers we really appreciated his support along the entire way. My wife had encountered an issue with her credit report due to a marital name change, and he helped us through a quick resolve even though it was Friday evening!
