The Doctors are great! The clerical staff I would give a one. I’ve had a lot of issues getting a clearance letter to another doctor. I spoke with clerical staff. They said they sent the letter over last week. Then I got a call from a nurse saying I needed to call them back because they wanted to check on any symptoms that I had. I called back confused because I was told I was already approved and the letter had been sent.
