He was not very understanding or compassionate. I had to ask questions about all my tests to get more details. I had to plead for pain medication or anything for relief. I had to look up my condition for a better understanding of it when I got home.
Dr. Cloward is a genuinely personable and down-to-earth doctor who makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. He takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and never pushes unnecessary tests or procedures. It’s refreshing to have a physician who is both knowledgeable and relatable, and who truly focuses on what’s best for the patient. Highly recommend Dr. Cloward to anyone looking for thoughtful, honest, and compassionate care.

Dr. Cloward is FANTASTIC. Having anxiety myself, and two young kids I've unfortunately had my fair share of visits to the ER. I've now had Dr. Cloward at least two of those times and both times I immediately felt put at ease by his slow, kind demeanor and fantastic bedside manner. He takes him time and is thorough, especially compared to some of the other ER doctors in Newton.
