I went in with a problem I’ve had for awhile but which has been concerning me more and more. The nurse practitioner I saw was extremely dismissive of my concerns and told me there was nothing to be done. I looked up my diagnosis; there is plenty that can be done. I had to fight just to get her to give me some options for treatment. She made it seem like I was complaining about nothing and that it wasn’t worth her time. Don’t trust this place. They won’t listen to you, and they don’t care.
Canceled with no explanation the day before
We tried to schedule an appointment for 2 weeks, nobody picks up the phone nor do they respond to the messages left with their service. I dread to think what kins of care they actually provide....
