No one answers the phone nor gets back with you!! Horrible customer service! Impossible to get a real live person on the phone.
I would give this company zero stars if that were possible. The owners clearly do not care about their clients. I had ongoing issues with one of their insurance providers, and Katz Insurance did nothing to help resolve them. Instead, I was bounced back and forth between the agency and the carrier with no accountability from either side. After nearly ten years as a client, we never received proactive outreach, guidance, or support—only silence when issues arose.
