The girl on the phone was very nice and knowledgeable. Repair person fixed it quick and with a good quality. I am so glad we called them and would definitely recommend this company to others.

Mr. Jacob from Jacob Intercom doesn't provide any service. On my request for the repair service he replied that he would call me when he could and requested patiently wait for where never he would be ready. After I asked to give me the estimate time for my waiting, he replayed that he would not come at all. The worth service I ever experience in my life.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and it’s service...showed up on time, fixed the problem quickly and was reasonably priced and last but not least let me not forget Andrea, such a pleasure to work with!!!! Does great work and their customer service is impossible to beat They came quickly after I called and were able to fix my intercom on the spot. Prices are fair and I like that Jacob himself is so involved in the business. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
