The team is always extremely patient with answering my questions. They've even sent me notices of changes in bills that I missed updating, to make sure that my account is paid on time. Using Jacob Insurance has taken all the stress and pain out of dealing with insurance management, because I know if I have any questions or issues, I have this team backing me up.
