Jacob Insurance has handled my wife & I's total insurance needs for years since we relocated from Seattle to Northern Indiana. We've had great service and Eric has gone above and beyond to help us bundle and save even finding us discounts we had no idea about. would recommend their service. even when I get the idea to buy something new I reach out for a quote, just to see, and always get a fast response! We've appreciated their service the last few years and we've always felt taken care of by Eric!

This was my WORST experience with any insurance agency in my entire 50+ years of living and dealing with humans!! This misogynist will LIE and sell you a policy, then halfway through the policy he will jack up the rates to DOUBLE then when you question his behavior he tells you that if you don’t pay it you will be uninsured and black balled from owning insurance in Steuben County!
