Jacob hino was the worst experience in buying a new vehicle out of the last 7 new vehicle purchases I've made . Adam hoy the manager was full of broken promises ,non communicative and unwilling to resolve any issues I've incurred since taking delivery of my vehicle. The finance department needed to draw 5 different sale contracts due to incorrect information from wrong abn, wrong d.o.b, wrong marital status, etc.. which is totally unacceptable for a legal binding contract. Great bunch of service guys, And spoke to some of the mechanics very polite and pretty much dropped everything to get me on back on the road in no time
We had the best experience with the team at Jacob Hino Wodonga. We had our motorhome in to get some work done and a roadworthy. The customer service was nothing short of a premium service, the team went above and beyond to help us and were friendly the entire time. Nothing felt like a hassle. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, highly recommend for this reason and the quality of repairs.
