I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Grapevine and everyone at his practice! Seriously, they are top notch! I went here because my front teeth kept chipping. I’ve never met a more caring or accommodating team than at Dr. Grapevine’s office. The entire team is fantastic from check-in to check-out and everything in between. You feel so welcome and they are the most thorough team, I’ve ever experienced. I feel very fortunate to have found them!
The customer services from this office is poor. Previous customers from Dr. Eubanks are not valued and Susan shows no empathy about the customers’ concerns to be seen. If Susan is the treatment coordinator then all she cares is about making money and not the immediate concerns from previous work that was done. She stated that Dr. Grapevine said to go to another doctor because my concern did not seem to need immediate attention. I had explained to her that I was in pain and she rudely dismissed it.
I cant say enough good things about Doctor Grapevine's office! From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcomed and cared for. Susan is so attentive, ensuring every concern or question is addressed thoroughly. It's clear that everyone here is dedicated to providing top-notch service. Highly recommend!
