Advanced Endodontic Therapy took the money, performed a bad root canal, and refuses a follow up appointment. Dr. Fimple performed a root canal on my tooth and I’ve been in pain ever since. When I arrived for my appointment, the office insisted that I pay upfront for my services. They also charged much higher than other offices. The actual procedure done by Dr. Fimple was fast and painless. But the staff that Dr. Fimple employees (six girls) are very unprofessional. They didn’t even bother to x-r

Extreme pain and swelling after root canal. Soft tissue damage and tenderness in another quadrant, why? Huge blister inside lip, friction burn or he burned me with a burr?. Insurance was not filed for until I called.

Great root canal experience! I never imagined a root canal could be so comfortable! I almost took a nap in the chair! When the procedure was completed, I realized I was not in the chair for more than 45 min. Very efficient, one visit root canal, and the tooth needed to be restored by my general dentist in 1-2 weeks. I am a busy person and taking time off from work multiple times really affects me. It was quick, efficient, pain free. The staff, the doctors really cared of my time concerns as well
