I can’t say enough great things about Jacob Collier, MD. He is incredibly thorough and takes the time to really listen and explain everything clearly. You never feel rushed, which is rare these days. Scheduling appointments is easy with no long wait times, and once you’re at the office, you’re seen quickly. The whole experience is smooth and professional. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a doctor who genuinely cares and pays attention to the details!

I am so proud Dr Collier returned to Polk County to be a vital part of the Local medical team. I have had many health events and having passed my 70 year mark it is important to have a primary Doctor that is attentive compassionate and able to monitor and consolidate the reports from Labs and other specialists so I can understand.
Dr Collier caught a bad UTI I had and I’m feeling some better. I like that he takes the time to listen and then share his best advice. Thank you Dr. Collier.
