I am not sure if this is normal in this office. I have never had to wait for nearly 2 hours for an eye exam before. Dr. Chung seems genuine and caring. Yet I would try some other office unless I have serious condition.
Dr. Jacob Chung is gracious, smart, skilled and so caring. He found and removed a miniscule spec of something on my iris that was the cause of months of discomfort and irritation. I am so grateful to him for caring enough to keep searching for that cause and relieving it. Thank you Dr. Chung.
