Sammy was on time and he notified me when he was on his way. He took his time to explain the process and answer my questions. When finished, he showed me before and after pictures of the vent. I appreciate this type of service.

Jacob Chimney Sweepers' rep and co-worker were friendly, knowledgeable, clean and professional. They did a great job cleaning our fireplace and wore shoe covers. We highly recommend them.

I am closing on a home soon that has some chimney issues. Chris was always available to answer any questions that I had in regards to the needed repairs. They are making repairs and installing a new wood burning stove in two weeks.

Staff is agreeable and professional. Every year we are given an update call to have the chimney looked at to keep up with security and effectiveness. It is ameliorating to have that update and realize that our chimney can be securely utilized throughout the colder time of year.

I just had Sammy from Jacob Chimney come out and do a Level 2 inspection of my fireplace and chimney. He was very professional and conscientious. He did an excellent job cleaning them and repaired a small crack in my firebrick. Extremely polite and helpful. I highly recommend Jacob Chimney for your cleaning, inspections and repairs!
