Prep was easier than 5 years ago. A great staff, from the first person you have contact with to the last. Dr. Jake kept me informed on how procedure went from beginning to end.
Very thorough in explaining all details, digging into concerns regarding past health issues that could impact my experience which I greatly appreciated knowing they did their own homework beyond my self reporting. Staff was warm, welcoming and took time to introduce themselves and answer any questions after explaining their part in the procedure.
