Made an appt with Jacob Builders, waited a month for the appt with the understanding that they where very busy. Day of appt. waited and hour and called, recvd voice mail, called again a half hour later and this time left a.message. Thought he would be great to do business with, guess I was wrong. Taking my business elsewhere.

We have tried to contact Jacob Builders multiple times over the past few months. Joyce finally called us today. Not one apology for the delay nor was there any interest in telling us more about the company and credentials. Instead we were told they have a back log of customers and unless we want to call them back in the winter for next year, we should go with someone else. I would highly recommend Jacobs Builders LLC to install your Sun Setter. We had our Sun Setter ordered and installed during the time of Covid-19. Jim was upfront and honest about delay times due to manufacturing plants being closed. Joyce was informative and charming. And Mike was timely, professional and informative. You can have the strongest confidence in Jacob Builders LLC.
