I called them and they had me go into all these things just to tell me later on that their not taking new patients I just felt like they decided that within talking to me. I’m not sure why they couldn’t tell me that before going into a bunch of stuff over the phone. Didn’t care for the front desk! Not helpful.
If you like a doctor with the bedside manner of a fence post, by all means see Dr. Blum
The Dr's Blum's manner is at best described as cold. He makes no eye contact and does not greet with a smile or handshake. After questioning treatment, Blum stated that if i didnt trust his treatment i was free to find another doctor. I did. I have hope that dr twiggs will provide the healthcare that we are comfortable with.
Dr. Blum is a very intelligent and caring doctor. His staff is nice. Thank you Dr. Blum for taking excellent care of me. Sincerely, Anna Johnson, Nurse.
