The owner and mechanics are always so polite and do a great job.
About 6 month ago I bought a mini cooper it has been a nightmare they gave it to me with the wrong antifreeze in it and they should have known that now the head gasket let go it looks like jelly in the radiator.i will be taking them to court for the principle So nobody else gets a lemon robert acerra
I had been taking my cars here for 15 years but I am done now. Their service began to go downhill a few years ago but I gave them way too many chances. When you drop your car off, you won't hear from them again. They'll keep your car for days before they even look at it to make an assessment. They do shoddy work that doesn't last - for instance, they "fixed" my air conditioner and it stopped working again only 2 months later, but they don't guarantee their work so I completely wasted time and money.
