I would not recommend renting from Taigan Plummer as a landlord or property manager. I lived at this residence for three years before she became the property manager, and during that time I never had issues with prior landlords. I always paid rent and maintained a good relationship with previous management. Since Plummer took over management, the experience has been extremely concerning.
