I had a very good experience at JACOA. I really liked the fact that there were only a handful of other women there at all times. It felt like there was a lot less drama to have to worry about in comparison to other rehab centers. All the staff are wonderful people who appear to care about your success in recovery.
Well after being referred her by her PO and being told to call so they could get necessary information for admissions, we have spent 3 days trying to get ahold of the admissions office. I've gotten ahold of the admissions person 1 single time and she told me to call back at 1 p.m. the rest of the time I'm transferred from the main office number to the admissions office and it just goes to voicemail of which I have left several with no call back. Manager misuse his position to give false information to fellow management team members because about communication issues when the manager himself need to improve on integrity. Lies and manipulation. Alex
I only gave a star because I have too before I could post, let me just starting off saying that the place is horrible, to the food employees bedding and so much more the place is not fit for anyone to Stay overnight!! The place has bedbugs so bad the top is infested and soon they will travel to the bottom they have favorites as well but that's ok the place needs to be condemned why haven't the state shut the place down???
