Since committing to bilateral total knee replacement procedures two years ago, I have been spending pre-hab and post-surgical physical therapy sessions at JACO Rehab Honolulu. The physical therapist at JACO provide good care, but the billing department is incredibly irresponsible. I pay my co-pay before every single session, yet I have been waiting over a month for statement to file my FSA claim.

First time needing physical therapy. Got referred to JACO by my PCP. Eric was great, very friendly and most of all helped me get my movement back. Great location and open 7 days a week which allowed me to have my sessions afterwork. Thank you again Eric!

Had 8 sessions with Eric, knowledgeable, personable, easy to communicate with, encourages and answers any questions, creating a partnership approach to treatment. While we couldn't completely resolve my knee issues, we are confident of continued improvement and left the door open for future options.
