Unfortunately, the service really takes away from what could be a great restaurant. I’ve given this place multiple chances because the menu looks amazing, but I’ve repeatedly waited 45+ minutes while my food sat ready and got cold because staff didn’t notice it. I’ve also received the wrong food several times, despite the bag being labeled with the correct item. Each time I’ve called, I’ve been offered a refund but have never actually received one. Jaco is not what is used to be
Service was great! Food tasted great and came out efficiently.
I love this place! The fish tacos and the rice and beans are great! But it seems like they’re never open. I wanna go down for dinner. They’re closed at four. I really wish they had more hours. It’s worth it!!
