They don't come any better than Jaco. I've dealt with many realtors over the years and he's one of the best ones I've dealt with. We were looking to move to Boone after COVID and needless to say it took about 2 years to find a good house in our price point. I would estimate we looked at closed to 50 houses. Jaco was a professional even after the sale. He was there at the inspections and provided so many contractor recommendations that I might have to start calling him Angie.
