She is an exceptional provider who is truly kind, compassionate, and understanding. She takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and always makes me feel comfortable and supported. Her empathy and dedication are evident in every interaction, and I am very grateful to be under her care.
I felt like she dismissed my concerns about my skin and hair and said I can thank my genetics for certain problems I had. when I asked about side effects of a medication she wanted me to take she told me to ask the pharmacist.
Terrible experience. Showed up almost 20 minutes late to my telemedicine appt. Basically ignored my concerns the whole time and never gave me a diagnosis. She then sent me a prescription for a medication I told her I had already been taken for what I was dealing with and that it didn’t help and then when I asked her, what I should do if this medicine didn’t help AGAIN and she said “It will.” - In the end it didn’t help and the minute clinic was more helpful than her.
