I called their office several times this morning. The first time someone picked up the receiver and sat it on the side. I heard a woman speaking loudly and then it sounded like she came near to the phone. I said hello several times with no response. I hung up and called back 3 times and got the voicemail. I’m not wasting my time with this office, sad since Roberts has decent reviews. Bad customer service is enough to send me in a different direction.
Dr. Roberts is the most professional doctor that my wife and I have ever used. She explained what condition our baby was in, and exactly which tests we needed to run. Furthermore She told us exactly what we needed to do, and everything worked out perfectly. Thank you Dr. Roberts!
