She was very nice and responded to my question and gave me choices
If I could leave 0, I would. She does not LISTEN, instead of helping with the main issue I needed help with immediately first, she just wanted to focus on things that is not important to me. Also, did not take the time to review my chart before my appointment, which was scheduled 3 weeks out. Made the comment about paper chart. Wasn't aware she was capable of reading a screen, but not anything off of paper.
Very pleased with the services, kind, friendly and professional.
