Dr. Fackler is a good listener and a clear communicator, and she is thorough in her pursuit of answers. Within a a couple of months, I've had investigative procedures and multiple labs scheduled.
I had my first visit with Dr. Fackler in January 2025. She was kind, attentive - a good listener. She ordered ample tests to thoroughly evaluate my case. She communicated well about next steps. The clinic itself is clean and calm. It is a place of healing.
Great initial visit, Dr. Fackler was friendly, non-judgmental and thorough! Her nurse, Crystal was also very kind and easy to work with. Highly recommend if you’re in search for a new GI doc!
