So I made an appointment. I was sent email and text confirmation. Arrived five minutes before noon appointment time. No one greeted me. I waited a half hour, sent messages but ultimately received no feedback on why my service was apparently cancelled. So unfortunate and just needed some type of message to let me know there was an issue.

My kids gave me a gift certificate for Mother's Day for an illumination facial with Jaclyn! They told me it would be a two hour facial. I used to get facials regularly till I moved out of the Kansas City area and had not had one in eight years. I've never had a two hour facial. Jaclyn is the best Esthetician in Kansas City. She is accessible, professional and makes my skin shine. She uses and sells Rhonda Allison product. Jaclyn will begin by inquiring about your skin and what products you use. She tells you what she is doing every step of the way. Sometimes I want to talk, sometimes I don’t and Jaclyn has no problem either way. My face is glowing for several weeks after a facial and I Feel so relaxed after the facial.
