I asked for a one length straight haircut and a lady in this salon messed up my hair by cutting it crooked/uneven, shorter than what I asked for and smelling like burnt hair after she used her straightener on me. I should’ve known to walk away as soon as she brushed my hair aggressively yanking most of my hair before she started cutting it…. I had to go back and get it fixed with another lady which she had to cut it even shorter to make it look even…
I have had my highlights done twice and both times my stylist did an incredible job. I loved it.
I love the great friendly service!
