Gustavo is transparent, caring, does good work, and, in my opinion, trustworthy. I trust him to say what he can do, can't do, and he is upfront with the pricing. It doesn't change. I highly recommend this autoshop.
Worst customer service ever experienced! It was pretty hard to set up an appointment and then when I go there. they tell me they don’t have time. Next time after rescheduling they tell me they can’t actually do that work because they’re not experts.
I have a 2013 Elantra GL and received bad gas from Sunico Gas Station 06.13.2024. Sunico sent my car here to be repaired, and this place made my car worse, and I have the proof. They claimed to had changed my Fuel Pump which appeared to be USED so I had to return to them to replace it again and they completely ruined the Fuel Gauge system connected to the part and refused to fix it even though they had already been paid by Sunico for the repairs already. Gustavo is one of the most Honest, fair and hardworking mechanics in the area. You can truly feel his intention to return your car fixed as fast as possible while being very fair in price compared to most mechanics in the area. He will always go the extra mile to adjust anything else that may need attention to your vehicle while he is fixing the main problem. I will drive out of my way to go to this mechanic shop if I ever have car trouble again.
Charged me over $300+ for breaks. Returned to have pads replaced and was told; power booster was needed and would be very expensive repair. Unhonest business practices.
