I can’t say enough about the guys at this location, it was Friday, Mother’s Day weekend, taking the trailer out for a much needed weekend camp trip, when I noticed smoke from one of the tires, I busted a leaf spring! so I gimped it over to Jacks Sons, New River location, Marcis looked at the trailer, he had a leaf spring Sooooo, at 4:45 he talked to the mechanics and they agreed to get it fixed, 4 of them jumped on it and got us back on the road, customer service like this is unheard of these day, I can’t THANK all of you en... read more
