Customer service is lacking as they never get back to you in a reasonable amount of time. As a trash pickup service, their ability to actually do said service is lacking as they have missed 2 weeks in a row this month, and 3 weeks already in 2 months. If anything about your service changes, they fail to notify you about it via email, text, or account on their website. If you have another choice, go for that instead.
They raised the rates when they took over but yet my trash hasn't been picked up. I even tried to flagg them down and got ignored. Not pleased at all my trash is over flowing and they didn't pick it up yet got everyone else's on my block.
Since GFL has taken over, the phones are never answered and calls are not returned. I have called 4 times this week regarding our new statement we received on Tuesday afternoon and Nothing! They are billing for months we didn’t use their service and they have not picked up yet this week! Area picked up for my parents for decades and they arrived at the same time every week unless it was a holiday and it was next day. Looking for a new service!!
