******BE WARNED. THEY HAVE RATS. I took my time to find the right storage facility in my area. I decided to go with Jacksonville Self Storage. Since I had valuable items I paid extra money to get 2 climate controlled units. Well yesterday I got to my units because it was moving day and was horrified by what I saw. My things were covered in rat droppings and urine! Not only was my things saturated by rat urine, they also chewed into my valuables.
