10/10 for patient support/care and front desk customer service. Fadel was my PT for 5 months and he was great. Helped me gain confidence and strength. Lisa the front desk help was so amazing!! I looked forward to coming weekly because of the happy atmosphere and care they provided. Thank you for everything!!
Could not rate Lisa, Fidel, and Justin high enough at Point Meadows! Lisa is wonderful up front. I worked with Fidel for 4 months post surgery and it's amazing how far I've come in recovery. Full recovery. If you trust this team, they will deliver the results you're looking for.
I had to do PT for my shoulder, and everything, and everyone was wonderful! From the beginning, Lisa at the front desk was warm and bubbly and made me feel welcome. She answered all my questions and even took on some extra workload of handling what was needed from my primary care doctor and helped me get ahold of them and obtain referrals from them that I struggled to get on my own. I have been to the Point Meadows location twice for physical therapy for my knee... the first time trying to avoid surgery and the last time after surgery. Fadel was awesome! he was patient and explained each exercise and how to correctly do them. when he was not available i saw Justin and Alayna and they were both great! Lisa at the front desk is very kind and knowledgeable about benefits. Due to the PT work I have done with Justin, I have continued to improve after my hip injury. Lisa, in the office, is very helpful and friendly.
