EVERYONE was very nice and helpful. I honestly don’t remember the young ladies name who helped me. She helps with hand injuries. But she was very friendly. She went ABOVE and BEYOND making my experience easy. Thank you so so much. July 16th 2024 was my appointment. I hope she remembers me. I mentioned I would do this.🥰🥰🥰
Dr Graham did my 1st carpel tunnel surgery. All I can say is he is AMAZING Great personality and professionalism. He definitely had me at ease for surgery and I will be getting my other hand done soon. Thanks Dr Graham
Before coming to JOI, I had a total right knee replacement by another major Orthopedic group here in Jacksonville. My experience with one of their physical therapist was a nightmare. My wife was going to JOI and she bragged on her therapist, Kurt Mullaney! Because she so highly recommend Kurt, I scheduled an appointment with him. Kurt absolutely blew me away! The team at JOI did an excellent job across the board during my recovery. The front desk team is kind and efficient. My physical therapist, Tim, was knowledgable, supportive during the tough days, and always willing to answer questions. I also worked with Cameron, Victoria, and Andrew who were professional and kind. Kurt was helpful with insurance challenges. I absolutely would use JOI again should I need to in the future. I am very thankful.
The therapy here is great they have a lot of mad skills here. The therapist treat patient as a whole and an individual and think out of the box to help their patients for better quality of life with results. I highly recommend joi rehab beaches
