The worst experience trying to schedule an appointment. Referred by the ER needing to be seen within 1 week and they tell me I can't get in for another 2 weeks, after I spent 15mins speaking nicely to a borderline rude and exhausting representative who took all my information for nothing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
Had orthopedic surgery on torn and twisted meniscus yesterday. Dr Smith did a great job and I am pain free this morning and not taking any harsh pain medication. Everyone from him, his staff and the group at Baptist Health was great.
Three months after a broken arm, I give the credit for my mobility to my occupational therapist at Baptist Nassau. After surgery they are the unsung heroes who work behind the scenes to improve your quality of health. Thank you JOI and especially Laura. YOU are the best! Sandy Shaw Malone
