I’ve had braces for 2 months. When I first got them put on not even 2 weeks passed one of my brackets fell out and my bite blockers fell out as well. The lady that did them didn’t know what she was doing. Doctor Peter Shih corrected her telling her not to be afraid to put more glue. I just went to my first appointment to get my braces retightened and the next day one of my brackets fell out again. I called and told the lady at the desk. We love them. My son has been coming here over a year and we could not be happier. When my youngest was having an issue i talked to Dr. Shih, he explined the situation was patient and answered all my questions and took care of him. The level of care and professionalisim is exceptional.
My daughter is a patient here and we just love the staff and the atmosphere. Everyone is so personable, so knowledgeable and Dr Shih has such a fun personality. Let’s be honest, a lot of people dread any dental appointment but this appointment we don’t mind coming to. It’s always easy and quick. Thanks Dr Shih & Staff!
