They are extremely high. They charge a minimum 2hrs road service at $185 an hr. I thought I needed new fuel filters because my truck wouldn't crank but found out that my truck wasn't pulling fuel from my right side of my truck only the left so they pump fuel on my left side since it ended being empty. They said they pump 30 gallons in but I don't think they did and they charge me $5 a gallon which was way higher than the local price of fuel. The nearest truck stop price was $4.25 a gallon. Call for Road Service around 4pm CT, promise to dispatch technician within an hour , but no one came till 11pm CT. Also they send the link with the payment for pre-authorization even the work was not done by the mechanic but they said they need to have a credit card on file before they dispatch Mechanic. It’s unbelievable that they charge me over thousand dollars for nothing if the card supposed to be only on file. Please don’t use the service if you broke down!
