I'm giving 5 stars for Jessica who I had the most pleasant and professional conversation with. I've called this office before and felt rushed and dismissed whereas I would simply go into the office to get simple questions answered. I know Jessica has to be new and she was the most helpful, accommodating and forthcoming person I've spoken to at Jacksonville Housing Authority. I appreciated her.
DO NOT PUT YOUR HOUSE ON HUD IN JACKSONVILLE. THE OFFICE IS CORRUPT! WE CAN NOT GET OUR HOUSE BACK AFTER MONTHS. REGIONAL HELPS ME GET PAID!
