If you live in the Meadows be prepared to pay for mistakes that were wrong before you moved into the house!!!! Keep all of your receipts.
I'm giving 5 stars for Jessica who I had the most pleasant and professional conversation with. I've called this office before and felt rushed and dismissed whereas I would simply go into the office to get simple questions answered. I know Jessica has to be new and she was the most helpful, accommodating and forthcoming person I've spoken to at Jacksonville Housing Authority. I appreciated her.
