We ended up having a leak in our air conditioner from the drain pipe in our attic. There were several spots where the drywall had to be completely taken out and replaced and then the knockdown texture reapplied. This is not something that’s easy to replicate, and John did a fantastic job. It looks like the leak never happened. He even came back and did some touch up after the fact, really stands by his work. I've used John for all my home projects since purchasing my townhome is 2021. He's an honest man who shows up on time and does the job right. He installed a ceiling fan on my patio, replaced all the ceiling fans inside my home, painted nearly the whole house, including tricky stairs with a high ceiling. He installed my camera doorbell, keypad doorlock, and replaced my dining room light fixture. I'm sure I missed something, but you get the idea.
