I wish I would have read some of these reviews first. I went to them today and left in more pain than when I got there. I literally felt like cattle. In and out in 17 minutes. I was told to get an x-ray and see a physical therapist about my extremely sore shoulder. the charge nurse spent more time with me than the doctor. If you get a splinter and you can't reach it, find somebody else!
This office had repeatedly lost my families records. No record of my Daughters prescriptions, lost her referral information, and have no record of the physical they gave me last year. Not that is was a real physical because they didnt do any blood work or check anything other than my heart beat. Be prepared to wait a long time to see a Dr and for them not to remember you being there!
Got turned away an hour and a half before close bc my son’s never been seen in their office before and “they still had a lot of other patients” to see before him. Super unprofessional and I’d rather sit in the ER then ever go back to this establishment.
