I couldn’t be happier with my windows and the service from start to finish. Andy is great to work with. He is knowledgeable and professional. After I signed his team was very responsive and worked with my schedule for install. The installation crew was so experienced and lovely to have in my home. The caulking is damn near perfect and all 22 windows were installed in about day and a half. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use this company again!
Horrible customer service
We purchased a new replacement exterior front door with full sidelights and a replacement French exterior back door. Andy was knowledgeable, patient answering questions, and working with our needs. We wanted both doors hurricane rated. The price was far better than multiple other quotes, and we really felt comfortable that Jacksonville Door and Window knew what they were talking about, not just saying what they though you wanted to hear. Andy is a pleasure to work with and I’m still in shock at how efficient and friendly the install team was. They were kind and hard working and took the time to slow down and be thorough during the clean up phase which I really appreciate. I bought a house on Amelia Island about a year ago, and never liked the front door. It doesn't let in enough light. I asked my handyman if I could replace the front door and he said it would be an expensive job, but then he recommended I contact Jacksonville Doors and Windows. He said they could just replace the glass. Yay! Problem solved! I finally contacted them and the glass was replaced a few days ago.
